The BASCHILD TDK-HT product line includes ovens made to carry out the sterilization treatment of wood according to the IPPC/FAO ISPM15 standard.

The TDK-HT ovens are designed according to the type of wood to be loaded, such as pallets, crates, and elements, in order to optimize the loading dimensions and speed up loading and unloading operations.

The capacity of each oven can vary depending on your needs.

Heat treatment (HT) can also be combined with drying, or it can be performed independently.

The timber is loaded from the front using a forklift.

Alternatively, it is possible to request a dryer with tunnel loading.

The BASCHILD ZOOM software processes the heat treatment completely automatically and compliant with the ISPM15 regulation according to the legislative dictates of the country of destination of the plant.

The dryers are installed outdoors by specialized technicians, in all weather conditions.

Technical features

• aluminium alloy structure, machined with numerical control machines (CNC) and standardized to resist a snow load exceeding 250 kg/m2 and winds exceeding 150 km/h;
• internal walls in aluminium with a thickness of 15/10 mm, assembled on the installation site and siliconed together;
• internal insulation in rock wool with a minimum thickness of 100 mm;
• external aluminium coating with special antioxidant treatment;
• stainless steel screws and bolts;
• stainless steel and extruded aluminium heat exchangers;
• stainless steel distribution system with a normalized thickness of 25/10 mm;
• special temperature uniformity system;
• the exchangers, welded in a robotic cell and tested at 50 bar, can be powered by water, steam or diathermic oil;
• in the case of gas power, stainless steel air-to-air radiant beams;
• reversible ventilation, high pressure and high capacity, with stainless steel fans;
• in case of drying, air recirculation system with proportional anti-shock opening and humidification system.
